Solegreen is a publicly-traded platform company which is engaged in the set-up, development, construction, management, and operation of power-generation facilities using renewable energy. The Company has a solid management team with abundant experience in both renewable energies and leadership of public companies. The Company is controlled by the Generation Capital fund and is also held by a number of leading institutional bodies such as Meitav Dash, More Investment House and the Sphera Fund. The Company’s controlling shareholder has extensive experience in infrastructures, renewable energies and the capital market industries.
The Company owns a portfolio of 23 MW of income-producing projects, approx. 45 MW of projects under construction, and approx. 450 MW of ground-mounted projects under development and at various stages of planning in the south and north of Israel.
